For the past month, things have been shifting in my life. I have started to notice changes. One of these is that more people are finding their way to my social media. They are taking the time to pause, watch, reflect, engage. And I just want to take a moment to say—welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.
What matters most to me isn’t the numbers. It’s the who.
Many of you are in seasons of transition—holding a lot, navigating change, or realizing that “getting through” isn’t the same as feeling well or connected. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
A Little About This Work:
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in an embodied approach to healing trauma—meaning I look at healing through the lens of the body, the nervous system, our relationships, and the environments we live in. I blend neuroscience, storytelling, and creativity to support healing that’s not just something you understand—but something you can actually feel.
I believe that real change happens when the body feels safe enough to shift.
If You’re New Here
- Take your time.
- Watch and read what resonates.
- Leave what doesn’t.
- Come back when you need to.
- No pressure. No performance.
- I prefer to refer to people as community over “followers”
If you’re here, something in you recognized something here. And I want you to know—I see that. I see you.

By the Numbers (and Beyond) Over the past 28 days…
- 9,800+ views found their way to this space (up from 700+ the month before)
- A growing community—with a 5% increase in new folks joining
- 97% of engagement happening through shared moments in reels (which tells me these messages are being felt, not just seen)
- A community largely made up of adults navigating real life transitions —with many of you in your 40s, 50s, and beyond
Behind every number is a person. A moment. A connection. A ripple. This space isn’t about performance—it’s about resonance. So whether you’re new or have been here…
thank you for being part of this.
I see you. 🤎Ellen S. Wright, LMFT
