Over the past several years, I have found myself increasingly interested not only in what happens within the therapy hour, but in how we create opportunities to practice the things that help us live healthier, more connected, more intentional lives. That evolution is opening the door for me to offer new kinds of spaces for learning, connection, exploration, and practice alongside my psychotherapy work.
And in just one month, the first Embodiment Practice Group begins!
Know yourself. Fuel yourself. Cultivate how you want to live.

Embodiment is a 10-week coaching, educational, and experiential practice group for people who want to build greater self-awareness, strengthen core self-care practices, and have some community and accountability while doing it.
Because sometimes we already know many of the things that help us feel better. The challenge is actually practicing them consistently—and having other people alongside us who are practicing too.
Each week will include a little information and teaching from me, time for discussion and sharing, and experiential exercises that allow us to put what we are learning into practice. We will explore things like noticing and understanding ourselves, adequately fueling the body doing the living, rest, movement, nature, creativity and play, music and rhythm, connection, and becoming more intentional about how we want to live and show up in our lives.
One of the things I am most excited about is the community part of Embodiment. You will be gathering each week with other people who have made a commitment to the same kind of practice. You may find accountability. You may get new ideas from someone else’s experience. You may discover that something you struggle with is not yours alone. And you may simply meet some like-minded folks who are also interested in living with greater awareness and intention.
Embodiment is not a psychotherapy group or psychotherapy session. It is a coaching, educational, and experiential space focused on learning, discussion, practice, community, and accountability.
You do not have to arrive already doing all the things. That’s why we call it practice.
We come together. We notice. We learn. We try things. We practice. And then we carry what is useful back into our actual lives.
The first groups begin in October, and we are officially one month away!
I am excited about Embodiment, and I am equally excited about what it represents: the continued growth of my practice into a broader space for healing, learning, connection, and intentional living.
I am very excited to practice alongside you.
