Be appreciative of the current moment and play there for a while. Celebrate the wins. Enjoy the deliciousness of the moment. Get still. Pay attention to what you notice. Stay present and watch what happens when you still yourself.
Allow your mind to still and see what will arise, when the stormy sea of your mind calms. Allow yourself to be still for a while so that you can realize what has always been present within you.
What we think of as lost is really right here…all the time.
