Coaching the 4 C’s of Connection: Calm, Curiosity, Consideration & Clear Communication is an 8-week, skills-based relationship coaching program designed to help couples strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and build practical tools for healthier connection. Grounded in nervous system awareness and relational skill-building, this virtual program focuses on education, communication strategies, and structured exercises — not therapy or mental health treatment. Over eight weeks, couples learn how to regulate, stay curious, practice empathy, and communicate clearly in ways that support long-term relational stability.
