The Full 6-Workshop Series

This six-workshop series is a guided journey from personal regulation to relational clarity. We begin by strengthening your nervous system, foundation and emotional insight, then move toward creative self-expression, deeper self-understanding, and the cultivation of healthy, regulated relationships and community.

  1. Navigating Hopelessness Through Liberation, Empowerment & Creative Action
    An experiential exploration of moving from stuck patterns, worries and fears toward clarity, agency, and creative purpose. (2/21/26 2-3:30 pm EST / 9 am -10:30 HST – ZOOM)
  • Emotional Regulation & Trauma 101
    A foundational review of nervous system regulation and the impact of trauma. This workshop includes practical somatic and body-centered techniques, along with guided breathwork exercises to support embodied regulation. (2/28/26 2-3:30 pm EST/ 9 am -10:30 am  HST- ZOOM)
  • Energy & Emotions
    This workshop centers on understanding emotions — how to regulate them, sit with them, and name them with clarity. We will also explore emotional maturity, emotional capacity, and the dynamics of emotional abuse. (3/7/26 2-3:30 pm EST/ 9 am – 10:30 am HST ZOOM)
  • Art & Emotions: “It’s a Mess”
    An exploration of art as a powerful therapeutic tool — no artistic training required. Though offered online, this workshop is highly hands-on and experiential. (3/14/26 3- 4:30 pm EST/ 9 am -10:30 am ZOOM)
    **** Participants will need basic art supplies.
  • Know Thyself
    A guided journey of self-exploration focused on deepening self-understanding and authentic self-expression. Participants will walk through a structured reflection process designed to illuminate identity, values, and inner patterns. (3/21/226 3- 4:30 pm EST/ 9 am – 10:30 am HST ZOOM)
  • Regulated Relationships
    This workshop focuses on discerning between healthy and unhealthy relationship dynamics. We will explore how to stay regulated, how to co-regulate with friends, romantic partners, or family members, and define different types of friendships and community relationships — a topic I am frequently asked to address. (3/28/26 3- 4:30 pm EST/ 9 am – 10:30 am HST)

Each workshop builds on the last, integrating body awareness, emotional literacy, creativity, and connection.

(Discounted rate when registering for the full series.)

If you would prefer to attend only a few of the workshops and not the whole series each individual workshop fee is $45.

All workshops will be held live and recorded for participants who cannot attend in real time.
