Thank you to everyone who joined the “It’s a Mess” (c) Art & Regulation Workshop this past weekend. It was such a meaningful experience to explore how art, rhythm, and creativity can help us process emotions, release tension, and reconnect with ourselves.
Sometimes healing and expression aren’t neat or perfectly planned — sometimes they really are a little messy. And that’s part of the beauty of the process.
As I continue offering these workshops, I want to protect the privacy and creative freedom of participants. Because of that, I will no longer record the live workshop sessions themselves.
Instead, I will record a separate version of the workshop on my own and send that recording to those who register but cannot attend live. This allows participants to engage fully in the experience without worrying about being on camera.
Upcoming Workshop
Know Thy Self (c)
Our next workshop will focus on self-understanding, authenticity, and your relationship with yourself.
Many people struggle with questions like:
- Who am I really?
- Why do the opinions of others affect me so much?
- How can I live more authentically and confidently?
In this workshop we will explore:
• Authenticity and the difference between the authentic self and the conditioned self
• How social expectations and past experiences shape our identity
• Why navigating the opinions of others can feel so difficult
• How to cultivate a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself
We’ll also explore the Tree of Thriving / Tree of Wellbeing framework to understand what humans need to grow emotionally, psychologically, and relationally.
