Feeling Overwhelmed by the State of the World?
Find steadiness, reclaim power, and move from hopelessness to creative action.
If you’ve been feeling emotionally exhausted, fearful, or overwhelmed by the world around you—you’re not alone. Many of us are struggling to stay grounded in the face of political tension, collective grief, and uncertainty.
That’s why I created Navigating Hopelessness through Liberation, Empowerment, and Creative Action — a guided workshop experience designed to help you move from paralysis to purposeful action.
Together, we’ll explore how external events shape our sense of safety, agency, and hope—and discover ways to restore inner steadiness even when the world feels unstable. Through discussion, reflection, and creative exploration, you’ll learn to reconnect with your personal power, strengthen resilience, and embody the change you want to see in your life and community.
This workshop is more than just a class—it’s a space for grounding, reflection, and building a meaningful path forward for yourself and those you care about.
