Honestly, my willingness to do and feel hard things is my superpower. I am courageous. Courage comes from the latin “cour” which means heart. So, to be courageous is to do things from the heart. If you think about the strength and resilience of the heart and what it does, I am proud to live from that place. Living from the heart is not always easy because all emotions can reside there, but trusting that even the hardest moments can lead to and support the heart. Living from the planning mind always leads to questioning and wondering…”Am I ready? Do I know enough? Am I enough?” These questions normally do not serve us as well because we can find a number of reasons to answer them in the negative. Yet the heart is about willingness to act and to be whoever we are at the moment. I stand by the heart, for it allows you to enter situations and grow from them, rather than stay stuck in the “what ifs.” Be courage.
