Marriage and Family Therapist Services through my private practice. I will be credentialed with Virginia insurance panels in the fall of 2024. I will begin taking Virginia (self-pay) in the summer of 2024.
I will be offering courses and resilience coaching on the following topics listed to the left.
Resilience coaching options are for people who want short term coaching and psychoeducation on specific topics. It is NOT psychotherapy.
I am moving to Virginia to build my dream, The Journey Healing Center and Nature School. The mission of the school is to is to assist in the personal empowerment, healing, and reclamation of those who have been challenged by multiple stressors or traumas in life by providing opportunities for holistic healing of body, mind and spirit within the context of community, environment and culture.
My healing philosophy is based on three words.

People do not heal in a vacuum they need safe people, places, and spaces to support and sustain their healing. The Journey Healing Center and Nature School is a learning center. A place to learn about self and how to relate to others and the environment.
Participants may choose from the following 4 options:
• Therapeutic program with a cohort
• Classes & workshops (on going)
• Healing Circles- drum groups & gathering circles
• Garden & mini farm engagement
