One-HOUR Cultivating Calm Kit Creation

Participants will learn about how simple sensory items can calm the brain and body.

The one-hour workshop focuses on creation of a calm kit.

Participants will be provided with a materials list of the items in the kit.

For an additional fee, participants can order a calm kit to be sent to them at the time of registration.

The one-hour workshop is $110 for individual participant and if you sign up as a group of 5 or more participants, the price is $88 per person. 

2-HOUR Cultivating CALM WKSHP

The two-hour workshop includes will start with learning basics about the stress response, how our body responds to stress and why each of the items work to calm the body.

In the last hour, participants will engage in learning about each of the items in the calm kit and how they assist with the stress response. 

Helping professionals or caring adults would typically opt to take the two-hour workshop to learn some of the applications for work with others.

The two-hour workshop is $220 for individual participant. If you sign up with a group of 5, the rate per person is discounted to $180. A group of 10 or more further discounted to $170/per person. 

Calm Kit Material Package from Ellen is not included in the workshop fee but IS available for purchase at registration.
