A friendly reminder for you…everything you think is not true.
A five things about thoughts:
1. Thoughts are energy.
2. A thought repeated several times becomes a belief. Who taught you some of your thoughts?
3. Thoughts can be challenged, especially the ones that lower your energy…ie..inspire sadness, confusion, fear, frustration, irritation and anger.
4. Usually the sponsoring thought about something will create a cascade of emotion or behavior.
5. We are not our thoughts, we are the one who watches our thoughts.
Be easy with yourself. Loving yourself includes being aware of the positive or negative thoughts you have.
